  1. Principles of the processing of personal data

Unterberghornbahnen Gmbh & CoKG takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of §96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or for (legitimate interest) of the GDPR The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. If personal data (e.g. name, address or email addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. 1.3 Data protection for applications and in the application process

The data controller collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. Processing may also be carried out electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits the relevant application documents to the controller by electronic means, for example by e-mail or via a web form on the website. If the controller concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If the controller does not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted two months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of the controller stand in the way of deletion. Other legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (GIBG).

2 Website and cookies

2.1 IP address

When you visit our website, information is automatically stored on the web server. This includes the browser used, the operating system used, which page brought you to our website, the IP address, the time of access and other information. This data is pseudonymized from the point of view of Unterberghornbahnen and cannot be assigned to a specific person without further data sources. Unterberghornbahnen does not evaluate this data as long as there is no illegal use of the website.

2.2 COOKIES

Our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". We use Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This shortens the IP addresses (so-called IP masking). A reference to specific persons can thus be excluded. 2.4 Accommodation inquiries and bookings

If you make a room booking via Bergbahnen Kössen, the Kaiserwinkl Tourist Office collects the data from you that is necessary to carry out the reservation, in particular your name, your telephone number, your e-mail address ("contact data") as well as the date of your arrival and departure, your hotel and the type of room you have booked ("booking data").

Who will my data be passed on to?
If you make a booking on our website, your booking data will be transferred to the feratel Deskline booking tool(Feratel Media Technologies AG guest database and booking tool) and passed on to the accommodation/service provider you have selected in order to make your reservation possible. Beyond this, your data will not be passed on to third parties. Under no circumstances will your contact details be sold or lent by the Kaiserwinkl Tourist Office. Due to legal regulations and corresponding court or official orders, we are obliged in exceptional cases to hand over data to the ordering authorities or courts. This will then only take place within the scope of our legal obligations.

2.5. NEWSLETTER

If a user subscribes to the Unterberghornbahnen newsletter, the user's personal data, namely title, first name, surname and email address, are collected and processed. The user then regularly receives a personalized e-mail with information and offers from the operator tailored to his needs (= newsletter). By subscribing to the newsletter, the user gives his conclusive consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR that his data may be used for the regular sending of the newsletter.

The user can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. There is a link at the end of each newsletter that the user can use to unsubscribe. Alternatively, the user can send an email to this effect to koessen.newsletter@skisport.com. After unsubscribing from the newsletter, the user's personal data will be deleted from the newsletter distribution list within six months.

2.6 Competitions/surveys

From time to time, our website collects visitor data by means of temporary promotions such as competitions, surveys, etc. Participation in these promotions is voluntary. Participation in these promotions is voluntary, so visitors can decide for themselves whether or not they wish to disclose personal data. This data may include personal data (such as name, e-mail address, telephone number), demographic data (e.g. zip code, age group) or other data. The data is used to provide visitors with the requested service. They are stored for the duration of the competition - for a maximum of 36 months thereafter - and then deleted. In order to be able to display the booking tool, your IP address and device and browser ID are transmitted to feratel, and the data you enter in the booking form is also transmitted directly to feratel, where it is processed for booking purposes.
